Tom Pope scored his 5th goal of the season and the winner against Chesterfield to gain a 2-1 win for Bury. Pope capped off an excellent display with the winner which keeps Bury right up in the mix at the top of League 1. Well done Popey keep it up...

Middlesbrough's Stewart Downing signs for SMI

SMI are delighted to announce the arrival of Middlesbrough and England's Stewart Downing to our ever growing client list. Stewart is ever present for Middlesbrough in this seasons Barclays Premier League and we welcome Stewart aboard and look forward to working closely with him to continue his illustrious career. 

Stewart has already made over 400 league appearances for teams such as Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Aston Villa, Liverpool and West Ham and has also represented England at Under 21 level, England B and also has 35 full England caps to his name. Stewart has played at the highest level his whole career and SMI are delighted to add him to our team.

Russ Martin, Snodgrass, Poleon and Wyke all at it again...

SMI clients have been in the goals again this weekend continuing the great start to the season for all of our clients. 

Russell Martin scored a bullet header vs Cardiff City.

Robert Snodgrass continued his unbelievable scoring start to the season after his hat trick for Scotland by scoring a 95th minute equaliser against Burnley with an amazing free kick.

Dom Poleon made it 4 goals in 3 games for AFC Wimbledon against Sheffield United with a great header. 

Charlie Wyke started the move and finished off with a great cushioned volley against Leyton Orient.  

Every SMI client has had a great start to the season with goals, assists and man of the mach performances to help their teams gain valuable points already

Snodgrass scores a Hat Trick on his return!

SMI Client Robert Snodgrass scored a hat trick on his return to International qualifiers last night against Malta. An excellent chip from distance, a penalty and a very calmly take 3rd proved to be a huge statement on his international return. It shows how much character Snodgrass has after his bad injury to come back fitter and stronger and at such a high level. Huge achievement for such a true professional
