Daniel Ayala

Blackburn Rovers

Daniel Sánchez Ayala is a former Spanish U21 International who plays as a central defender for Championship side Middlesbrough. Daniel started his youth career at Seville before moving to Premier League club Liverpool, where he spent two seasons. He has been on loan at three clubs: Hull City, Derby County and Nottingham Forest. Daniel joined Norwich City in 2011, and joined Middlesbrough on loan in October 2013, before joining the club on a permanent deal in January 2014. Daniel has gone on to play over 150 times for Middlesbrough. 

Daniel signed for Blackburn Rovers in September 2020.
