Joe becomes the latest member to join the team. He has played football throughout his life, playing semi-professionally before stopping due to personal reasons. 

However, his involvement in football was only beginning. Joe joins SMI with a rich network of young professional footballers in London and surrounding regions. With Joe managing and advising numerous young footballers across all levels from championship to the national league - providing him with an impressive level of knowledge. 

Joe is also a qualified physiotherapist specialising in sport, offering him a unique perspective when advising players in relation to the psychological and physiological demands of the modern game.
